Mid North Coast Home Nursing provides quality home nursing care to clients who want to remain living in their own home. Services are provided across the Mid North Coast of NSW, including: Coffs Harbour, Bellingen, Nambucca Heads, Kempsey and all surrounding areas.
Our aim is to promote, support and maintain our client’s need to remain at home and encourage independence and enablement, so to remain connected with their family & local communities.
We tailor our services with a customer-centric approach. Focusing on the unique needs of the clients and their families to ensure every client is treated with respect, dignity, and sensitivity in a non-discriminating manner.
Community Nursing
DVA Community Nursing Program
DVA provides veterans and war widows and widowers (entitled persons) with access to a range of quality health care and related services, including community nursing services.
The DVA Community Nursing Program provides home community nursing services for entitled persons to meet their assessed clinical and personal care needs.
The aim of DVA’s Community Nursing Program is to enhance the independence and health outcomes of the entitled person by avoiding early admission to hospital and/or residential care through access to community nursing services. These community nursing services are delivered by registered nurses, enrolled nurses and nursing support staff.
